PULS8 is a lively vibrant Youth Group that meets on a weekly basis with an emphasis of helping young people get the best out of life.

PULS8 aims to provide opportunities for young people to address issues in their personal lives and to help them identify and work out any needs that may arise.  Also to empower young people to take responsibility, and to encourage and support young people and to build their self-esteem and confidence.

With staff who are CRB checked, the team is led by a Team Leader who has a wealth of experience in this work.  He is responsible for the overall running of the group and there are always team members on hand to lend their support as and when the need arises or when their particular skills are needed. 

As part of the outreach programme to the children of the world, PULS8 is twinned with the Metro Ministry Children’s/Youth work in New York, with outreach into New York, Philippines, South Africa with over 41,000 children from the ghettos being helped on a weekly basis. 

The youth group utilises both educational and recreational opportunities, weekly events include:

Ø      Teambuilding activities and games

Ø      Games console

Ø      Dance session

Ø      Outdoor games – football etc

Ø      Fundraising activities – car wash, raffles

Ø      Table tennis/Pool
